Michael Payne joins the Master Chefs of Great Britain Committee

We are excited to welcome Michael Payne to the Master Chefs of Great Britain Committee.

Michael Payne is the Managing Director of Instock Group and Prois, where he plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and operational excellence within the organisations.

A keen eye for emerging trends in the market, he has successfully positioned both companies at the forefront of their respective industries. Through his tenure Michael has tripled the revenue of the business and established the Prois division that he created to be a trusted commercial Kitchen design & installation house.

In addition to his leadership at Instock and Prois, Michael is a shareholder and director of Michelin stared Unalome by Graeme Cheevers and the soon to open Loma by Graeme Cheevers. Michael first started in hospitality 32 years ago and went on to hold various operational management roles. His multifaceted expertise in management and strategic development enhances his brands' reputations.
