The Master Chefs of Great Britain are thrilled to host a Game Masterclass featuring a stellar line-up of chefs, Lorna McNee, Cyrus Todiwala and Mario Perera. This event will take place at The Stables, Prestonfield House, Edinburgh.

8:45 AM – 8:55 AM: Arrival and Welcome
Enjoy a selection of tea, coffee, and pastries upon arrival. Please ensure you are seated by 8:55 AM.

9:00 AM: Welcome Address
George McIvor, Chairman of MCGB, will kick off the day.

9:15 AM - 10:30 AM: Masterclass with Cyrus Todiwala
Chef Cyrus Todiwala, TV Chef and Chef Patron of Café Spice will lead the first session.

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Comfort Break
Take a short break to enjoy refreshments and meet our sponsors and suppliers.

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Masterclass with Lorna McNee
Chef Lorna McNee of Michelin-starred Cail Bruich will present the second session.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break
A variety of sandwiches, tea, coffee, and water will be provided. This is also an opportunity to visit the sponsors and suppliers.

1:30 PM - 1:45 PM: Sustainability of Game by Mo Mands from Gleneagles
Mo Mands from Gleneagles, will speak and hold a Q & A session on the sustainability of game.

1:45 - 3 PM: Talk by Darren Seggie, Andrew Fairlie Scholarship winner

3:30 PM: Conclusion
The day will wrap up with a brief closing session.
